What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any products that you bought from us at Trade Sports.

All products that are returned must match the following criteria for you to be eligible for a full refund.

  • Must be returned within 30 days from the original date of delivery
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • All original product tags must be included
  • All items must be returned unused and unwashed
  • Include a correctly filled out returns form (one should be included in your parcel). Include your original shipping label so we can identify you. 

How do I return an order?

As of January 2025 returns just got easier

  • Log in to your account using this link
  • We include an invoice with an area to fill in your order for an exchange or refund, however if you have thrown yours away you can download another returns note here
  • For our UK customers you can return your order using our Royal Mail returns label by clicking here

  • Include the returns form inside the parcel and securely seal the product in a mailbag or box, include some padding if necessary to ensure the item does not get damaged during the mail process. If you don't have a mail bag please use a supermarket bag.
  • The cost of the label is £3.00 and this will be deducted from your refund. 
  • If you would rather make your own delivery arrangements, clearly write our returns address to the outside of the parcel. We strongly recommend you use a tracked service for returning your item and always obtain proof of postage when sending your parcel back to us.

Can I exchange my order for a different size or colour?

Yes of course, as long as we have the item in stock when we get your return we will send the exchange at no extra cost. You can write what you want on a scrap of paper or download exchange form here

When will I get my refund?

When we receive your parcel we will inspect the item to ensure it matches up with our returns policy. Once your return has finished processing we will refund your money to the payment source and email you confirming that we have received your return are have refunded you. Please allow 5-7 working days for funds to clear into your account.

If you are using a tracked service then please be aware that you may need to wait a couple of days for your return to be processed after we have received the item. Our processing times can vary depending on how busy we are.

Are shipping costs included in the refund?

When purchasing an item from us if you select the Express delivery services of tracked 24 or Special Delivery you will not be eligible for a refund of these fees.

This in line with Consumer Rights Act 2105

If you are from the EU you will be refunded the full cost including postage.

If you use your own returns label we cannot refund the postage cost for that service. 

Returns Label?

We provide a complimentary returns label only in cases where an error has occurred on our part. If there is a defect please make sure you let us know on the returns form. 

My item has arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Mistakes can and do happen, from time to time we may accidentally send out an incorrect item to you or the item may already be damaged or defective. If this happens please email us immediately at sales@tradesports.co.uk and we will provide you a free returns label. If you choose to use your own method of returns we will only refund up to £3.00. 

For customer based overseas we do not provide free returns

The cost to have items returned from countries outside the United Kingdom will be expensive, please remember this when making a decision over the purchase. 

Christmas Returns

Items ordered before December don't qualify for extended Christmas returns, however those ordered from December 1st to 14th we can accept returns up to January 15th.
