Description


After purchase of this label it will not immediately arrive as the label has to be manually created by the manager and will normally arrive within 4-6 working hours.  It will be emailed directly to you by Royal Mail and will include a QR which can be scanned at all Royal Mail Post Offices. 

The QR code will create the same returns label that is also emailed to you and uploaded to your order. If you are unable to use the same packaging to return don't pay extra for a new plastic bag, instead, just use an old box or a supermarket bag, these will always be cheaper than the mail bags sold at the post office. seal it up and let Royal Mail do the rest. 

When you take your parcel to your local Post Office please make sure you get a Proof of Delivery receipt and keep this until we process your return.

Do You Accept Payment Over The Phone?

Yes, if you would like to pay for your item over the phone then please call us on 0161 336 2595 and we will have someone talk you through the process and complete your transaction. Please have all card details with you for a quicker and easier payment.

Returns

Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any products that you bought from us at Trade Sports.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Must be returned within 30 days from the original date of delivery
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • All original product tags must be included
  • All items must be returned unused and unwashed
  • Include a correctly filled out returns form and your original shipping label for identification

How to Return an Order

  1. Fill out the returns form included with your order. If missing, contact us or download here.
  2. Purchase a returns label here for £3.00, if desired. It's fully tracked and insured.
  3. Securely package the item, including the returns form, and seal the parcel.
  4. Attach the purchased returns label and drop off the parcel at your local Post Office, obtaining proof of postage.
  5. If using your own delivery method, ensure our returns address is clearly marked and obtain a tracking service.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or colour, fill out the returns form specifying your desired exchange details. We'll process your exchange upon receipt, subject to stock availability, or otherwise offer a refund.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll process your refund and notify you via email. Allow a few days for the funds to clear into your account. Processing times may vary.

Shipping Costs & Refunds

  • Express delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • EU customers receive full cost refunds including postage.
  • Using your own returns label means we cannot refund that postage cost.

Returns Label Policy

A free returns label is provided if we're at fault. Otherwise, labels are not provided free of charge.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at sales@tradesports.co.uk for a free returns label. Using your own returns method means we cannot refund that postage. Note: Free returns are not available for overseas customers due to high return costs.
